①
제43조부터 제49조까지의 규정에서 정한 것 외에 분쟁의 조정방법, 조정절차 및 조정업무의 처리 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the methods of dispute mediation, mediation procedures, and handling of mediation affairs, in addition to those prescribed in Articles 43 through 49, shall be determined by Presidential Decree.

분쟁조정위원회의 운영 및 분쟁조정 절차에 관하여 이 법에서 규정하지 아니한 사항에 대하여는 「민사조정법」을 준용한다.
Matters not prescribed in this Act concerning the operation of the Dispute Mediation Committee and dispute mediation procedures shall be governed by the Civil Conciliation Act.
