제50조의2(개선의견의 통보) 분쟁조정위원회는 소관 업무 수행과 관련하여 개인정보 보호 및 정보주체의 권리 보호를 위한 개선의견을 보호위원회 및 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 통보할 수 있다.

① The Dispute Mediation Committee may notify the Protection Committee and the heads of relevant central administrative agencies of its opinions for improvement concerning the protection of personal information and the protection of data subjects' rights in connection with the performance of its duties.
