Article 7-6 (Prohibition of Concurrent Positions, etc.)
제7조의6 겸직금지 등

위원은 재직 중 다음 각 호의 직(職)을 겸하거나 직무와 관련된 영리업무에 종사하여서는 아니 된다.
1. 국회의원 또는 지방의회의원
2. 국가공무원 또는 지방공무원
3. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 직
A member shall not concurrently hold the positions listed in the following subparagraphs or engage in profit-making business related to his/her duties during his/her term of office. 1. Member of the National Assembly or local council 2. National public official or local public official 3. Other positions as prescribed by Presidential Decree
제1항에 따른 영리업무에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters concerning profit-making business under Paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
위원은 정치활동에 관여할 수 없다.
A member shall not engage in political activities.
