제76조(과태료에 관한 규정 적용의 특례) 제75조의 과태료에 관한 규정을 적용할 때 제64조의2에 따라 과징금을 부과한 행위에 대하여는 과태료를 부과할 수 없다. <개정 2023.3.14>
