Article 13 (Objection)
제13조 이의신청

제11조에 따른 처분에 이의가 있는 자는 그 처분을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다.
A person who has an objection to a disposition under Article 11 may file an objection with the Mayor, the Governor, or the head of a district within one month from the date of receiving the disposition.
제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제113조제2항에 따른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구도시계획위원회의 심의를 거쳐 그 결과를 이의신청인에게 알려야 한다.
The Mayor, the Governor, or the head of a district who receives an objection under paragraph ① shall notify the objector of the result after deliberation by the City/County/District Urban Planning Committee under Article 113 (2) of the 「National Land Planning and Utilization Act」.
