제25조(부동산정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영) 국토교통부장관은 효율적인 정보의 관리 및 국민편의 증진을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 부동산거래 및 주택 임대차의 계약ㆍ신고ㆍ허가ㆍ관리 등의 업무와 관련된 정보체계를 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2020.8.18>

① The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport may establish and operate an information system related to tasks such as contracts, reporting, permits, and management of real estate transactions and housing leases, for efficient information management and promotion of public convenience, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17448, Aug. 18, 2020>
