제29조 자진 신고자에 대한 감면 등

제29조(자진 신고자에 대한 감면 등) 신고관청은 제28조제2항제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제3항부터 제5항까지의 어느 하나에 따른 위반사실을 자진 신고한 자에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 같은 규정에 따른 과태료를 감경 또는 면제할 수 있다.
Translation
The reporting authority may reduce or exempt the administrative fine prescribed in Article 28, Paragraph 2, Subparagraphs 1 to 3, and Paragraphs 3 to 5, for an individual who self-reports any violation under any of those provisions, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
