제101조(학원의 시설기준 등) 학원에는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 강의실ㆍ기능교육장ㆍ부대시설 등 교육에 필요한 시설(장애인을 위한 교육 및 부대시설을 포함한다) 및 설비 등을 갖추어야 한다.
