제103조 학원의 강사 및 교육과정 등

학원에서 교육을 담당하는 강사(자동차등의 운전에 필요한 도로교통에 관한 법령ㆍ지식 및 기능교육을 하는 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 자격요건ㆍ정원 및 배치기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The qualification requirements, number of personnel, and placement standards for instructors in charge of education at an academy (referring to persons who provide education and training on laws and knowledge related to road traffic necessary for driving motor vehicles, etc. and driving skills; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
학원의 교육과정, 교육방법 및 운영기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The curriculum, teaching methods, and operational standards of an academy shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
