제139조 수수료

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수수료를 내야 한다. 다만, 경찰청장 또는 시ㆍ도경찰청장이 제147조에 따라 업무를 대행하게 한 경우에는 그 업무를 대행하는 한국도로교통공단이 경찰청장의 승인을 받아 결정ㆍ공고하는 수수료를 한국도로교통공단에 내야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2014.12.30, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22, 2024.1.30>
1. 제2조제22호에 따른 긴급자동차의 지정을 신청하는 사람
2. 제14조제3항에 따라 차로의 너비를 초과하는 차의 통행허가를 신청하는 사람
3. 제39조에 따라 안전기준을 초과한 승차 허가 또는 적재 허가를 신청하는 사람
4. 제74조에 따라 교통안전교육기관의 지정을 신청하는 사람
5. 제85조부터 제87조까지의 규정에 따라 운전면허증을 발급 또는 재발급받으려고 신청하는 사람

7. 제98조에 따른 국제운전면허증 발급을 신청하는 사람
8. 제104조에 따라 전문학원의 지정을 신청하는 사람
9. 제106조 및 제107조에 따른 강사 또는 기능검정원의 자격시험에 응시하거나 그 자격증의 발급(재발급을 포함한다)을 신청하는 사람

A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall pay a fee in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. However, if the Commissioner of the National Police Agency or the Commissioner of a Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency has entrusted the performance of duties under Article 147, the fee decided and publicly announced by the Korea Road Traffic Authority, which is performing the duties, with the approval of the Commissioner of the National Police Agency, shall be paid to the Korea Road Traffic Authority. <Amended by Act No. 12403, Mar. 23, 2013, Act No. 12829, Nov. 19, 2014, Act No. 12922, Dec. 30, 2014, Act No. 14876, Jul. 26, 2017, Act No. 17796, Dec. 22, 2020, Act No. 25128, Jan. 30, 2024> 1. 1. 제83조에 따른 운전면허시험의 응시를 신청하는 사람
2. 제87조와 제88조에 따른 정기 적성검사 또는 수시 적성검사를 신청하거나 적성검사 연기를 신청하는 사람
