Article 146 (Certificate of Safe Driver or Meritorious Driver)
제146조 무사고 또는 유공운전자의 표시장

경찰청장은 운전면허를 받은 사람으로서 운전에 종사하면서 일정 기간 교통사고를 일으키지 아니한 사람과 정부의 표창에 관한 법령에 따라 경찰 기관의 장의 표창을 받은 사람에게 무사고운전자 또는 유공운전자의 표시장을 수여할 수 있다.
The Commissioner General of the National Police Agency may award a certificate of safe driver or meritorious driver to a person who has a driver's license and has not caused a traffic accident for a certain period while engaged in driving, or to a person who has received a commendation from the head of a police agency in accordance with the laws and regulations concerning government commendations.
제1항에 따른 표시장의 종류, 표시장 수여의 대상, 그 밖에 표시장 수여에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
