제150조 벌칙

1. 제46조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반하여 공동 위험행위를 하거나 주도한 사람
2. 제77조제1항에 따른 수강 결과를 거짓으로 보고한 교통안전교육강사
3. 제77조제2항을 위반하여 교통안전교육을 받지 아니하거나 기준에 미치지 못하는 사람에게 교육확인증을 발급한 교통안전교육기관의 장
3의2. 제85조제6항, 제106조제3항 또는 제107조제3항을 위반하여 운전면허증, 강사자격증 또는 기능검정원 자격증을 빌려주거나 빌린 사람 또는 이를 알선한 사람
3의3. 제92조제3항을 위반하여 다른 사람의 명의의 모바일운전면허증을 부정하게 사용한 사람
4. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제99조에 따른 학원의 등록을 하거나 제104조제1항에 따른 전문학원의 지정을 받은 사람
5. 제104조제1항에 따른 전문학원의 지정을 받지 아니하고 제108조제5항에 따른 수료증 또는 졸업증을 발급한 사람
6. 제116조제1항을 위반하여 대가를 받고 자동차등의 운전교육을 한 사람

A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than 5 million won. <Amended by Act No. 17074, Jan. 30, 2024; Act No. 17119, Mar. 19, 2024; Act No. 17400, Dec. 30, 2025> 1. A person who commits or leads a joint dangerous act in violation of Article 46 (1) or (2). 2. A traffic safety education instructor who falsely reports the results of attending a course under Article 77 (1). 3. The head of a traffic safety education institution who issues a course completion certificate to a person who has not received traffic safety education or has not met the standards, in violation of Article 77 (2). 3.2. A person who lends or borrows a driver's license, instructor qualification certificate, or function tester qualification certificate, or a person who brokers such acts, in violation of Article 85 (6), Article 106 (3), or Article 107 (3). 3.3. A person who fraudulently uses another person's mobile driver's license in violation of Article 92 (3). 4. A person who registers a driving school under Article 99 or receives designation as a specialized driving school under Article 104 (1) by fraud or other dishonest means. 5. A person who issues a completion certificate or diploma under Article 108 (5) without receiving designation as a specialized driving school under Article 104 (1). 6. A person who provides driving education for vehicles, etc. for consideration in violation of Article 116 (1). 7. Deleted <by Act No. 17074, Jan. 30, 2024>
