제155조(벌칙) 제92조제2항을 위반하여 경찰공무원의 운전면허증등의 제시 요구나 운전자 확인을 위한 진술 요구에 따르지 아니한 사람은 20만원 이하의 벌금 또는 구류에 처한다.
Translation
A person who violates Article 92(2) and fails to comply with a request by a police officer to present a driver's license, etc., or a request for a statement for driver identification, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won or by detention.
