제161조 과태료의 부과ㆍ징수 등

제160조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 과태료는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 자가 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2016.1.27, 2018.3.27, 2020.5.26, 2020.12.22, 2024.3.19>
1. 제160조제1항부터 제3항까지(제15조제3항에 따른 전용차로 통행, 제32조부터 제34조까지의 규정에 따른 정차 또는 주차, 제53조제7항에 따른 안전운행기록 제출, 제53조의3제1항에 따른 어린이통학버스 안전교육, 제53조의3제3항에 따른 어린이통학버스 운영자 의무 규정을 위반한 경우는 제외한다)의 과태료: 시ㆍ도경찰청장
2. 제160조제1항(제52조제1항ㆍ제3항을 위반한 경우만 해당한다), 제2항(제49조제1항제1호ㆍ제3호, 제50조제1항ㆍ제3항, 제52조제2항, 제53조제2항, 제53조의3제1항ㆍ제3항 및 제56조의3제1항을 위반한 경우만 해당한다) 및 제3항(제5조, 제13조제3항, 제15조제3항, 제17조제3항, 제29조제4항ㆍ제5항, 제32조부터 제34조까지의 규정을 위반한 경우만 해당한다)의 과태료: 제주특별자치도지사
3. 제160조제2항제4호의3ㆍ제4호의4ㆍ제4호의5ㆍ제10호 및 같은 조 제3항(제15조제3항, 제29조제4항ㆍ제5항, 제32조부터 제34조까지의 규정을 위반한 경우만 해당한다)의 과태료: 시장등

Fines for violations under Article 160 (2) (limited to violations of Article 49 (1) (1), (3), Article 50 (1), (3), Article 52 (2), Article 53 (2), Article 53-3 (1), (3), and Article 56-3 (1)) and (3) (limited to violations of Articles 5, 13 (3), 15 (3), 17 (3), 29 (4), (5), and 32 through 34): The Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province 3. Fines for violations under Article 160 (2) (4)-3, (4)-4, (4)-5, (10) and Article 160 (3) (limited to violations of Article 15 (3), 29 (4), (5), and 32 through 34): The Mayor, etc. 4. 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 이 법에 따른 과태료 징수와 관련된 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 한국자산관리공사에 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2016.1.27, 2019.11.26, 2020.12.22>
