제28조의2(보행자우선도로) 시ㆍ도경찰청장이나 경찰서장은 보행자우선도로에서 보행자를 보호하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 차마의 통행속도를 시속 20킬로미터 이내로 제한할 수 있다.

① The Commissioner of a Metropolitan City Police Agency or a Police Station Chief may, when deemed necessary to protect pedestrians on a pedestrian priority road, restrict the speed of vehicles to not more than 20 kilometers per hour.
