Article 34-2 (Special Cases for Places Where Stopping or Parking is Prohibited)
제34조의2 정차 또는 주차를 금지하는 장소의 특례

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제32조제1호ㆍ제4호ㆍ제5호ㆍ제7호ㆍ제8호 또는 제33조제3호에도 불구하고 정차하거나 주차할 수 있다.
1. 「자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호에 따른 자전거이용시설 중 전기자전거 충전소 및 자전거주차장치에 자전거를 정차 또는 주차하는 경우
2. 시장등의 요청에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장이 안전표지로 자전거등의 정차 또는 주차를 허용한 경우
In any of the following cases, stopping or parking shall be permitted notwithstanding Articles 32 (1), (4), (5), (7), or (8), or Article 33 (3). 1. When stopping or parking a bicycle at an electric bicycle charging station or a bicycle parking facility among bicycle usage facilities as defined in Article 2 (2) of the 「Act on the Promotion of Bicycle Use」. 2. When the Provincial/Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner permits stopping or parking of bicycles, etc., by safety signs at the request of the Mayor, etc.
시ㆍ도경찰청장이 안전표지로 구역ㆍ시간ㆍ방법 및 차의 종류를 정하여 정차나 주차를 허용한 곳에서는 제32조제7호ㆍ제8호 또는 제33조제3호에도 불구하고 정차하거나 주차할 수 있다.
In places where the Provincial/Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner permits stopping or parking by specifying the area, time, method, and type of vehicle through safety signs, stopping or parking shall be permitted notwithstanding Articles 32 (7) or (8), or Article 33 (3).
