교통안전시설의 종류, 교통안전시설의 설치ㆍ관리기준, 그 밖에 교통안전시설에 관하여 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2018.6.12>
The types of traffic safety facilities, the standards for installing and managing traffic safety facilities, and other necessary matters concerning traffic safety facilities shall be determined by ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. <Amended by Act No. 11722, Mar. 23, 2013, Act No. 12844, Nov. 19, 2014, Act No. 14847, Jul. 26, 2017, Act No. 15682, Jun. 12, 2018>
제1항에 따른 교통안전시설의 설치ㆍ관리기준은 주ㆍ야간이나 기상상태 등에 관계없이 교통안전시설이 운전자 및 보행자의 눈에 잘 띄도록 정한다. <신설 2018.6.12>
