시ㆍ도경찰청장, 경찰서장 또는 시장등은 이 법을 위반한 사실을 기록ㆍ증명하기 위하여 무인(無人) 교통단속용 장비를 설치ㆍ관리할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
The head of a metropolitan city police agency, the head of a police station, or a mayor, etc. may install and manage unmanned traffic enforcement equipment to record and certify violations of this Act. <Amended by Act No. 17763, Dec. 22, 2020>
무인 교통단속용 장비의 설치ㆍ관리기준, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <신설 2023.1.3>
The standards for the installation and management of unmanned traffic enforcement equipment, and other necessary matters shall be determined by a decree of the Minister of the Interior and Safety. <Newly enacted by Act No. 19132, Jan. 3, 2023>
무인 교통단속용 장비의 철거 또는 원상회복 등에 관하여는 제3조제4항부터 제6항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "교통안전시설"은 "무인 교통단속용 장비"로 본다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2023.1.3>
The provisions of Article 3(4) through (6) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the removal or restoration to the original state of unmanned traffic enforcement equipment.
