제46조 공동 위험행위의 금지

자동차등(개인형 이동장치는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 운전자는 도로에서 2명 이상이 공동으로 2대 이상의 자동차등을 정당한 사유 없이 앞뒤로 또는 좌우로 줄지어 통행하면서 다른 사람에게 위해(危害)를 끼치거나 교통상의 위험을 발생하게 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2020.6.9>
Drivers of motor vehicles, etc. (excluding personal mobility devices; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article) shall not, without justifiable grounds, drive two or more motor vehicles, etc. in tandem or abreast on a road, thereby causing harm to others or creating traffic hazards. <Amended by Act No. 17379, Jun. 9, 2020>
자동차등의 동승자는 제1항에 따른 공동 위험행위를 주도하여서는 아니 된다.
Passengers in motor vehicles, etc. shall not instigate joint dangerous driving as set forth in paragraph ①.
