제46조의2(교통단속용 장비의 기능방해 금지) 누구든지 교통단속을 회피할 목적으로 교통단속용 장비의 기능을 방해하는 장치를 제작ㆍ수입ㆍ판매 또는 장착하여서는 아니 된다.

No person shall manufacture, import, sell, or install a device to interfere with the functions of traffic enforcement equipment for the purpose of evading traffic enforcement.
