국가는 예산의 범위에서 모범운전자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교통정리 등의 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 복장 및 장비를 지원할 수 있다.
The State may, within the scope of the budget, provide model drivers with uniforms and equipment necessary for performing duties such as traffic control, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
국가는 모범운전자가 교통정리 등의 업무를 수행하는 도중 부상을 입거나 사망한 경우에 이를 보상할 수 있도록 보험에 가입할 수 있다.
The State may subscribe to insurance so that model drivers may be compensated in the event they are injured or die while performing duties such as traffic control.
지방자치단체는 예산의 범위에서 제5조의2에 따라 설립된 모범운전자연합회의 사업에 필요한 보조금을 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2016.1.27>
A local government may, within the scope of the budget, provide subsidies necessary for the business of the Association of Model Drivers established under Article 5-2. <Newly Enacted on January 27, 2016>
