제56조의2 자율주행자동차 운전자의 준수사항 등

행정안전부령으로 정하는 완전 자율주행시스템에 해당하지 아니하는 자율주행시스템을 갖춘 자동차의 운전자는 자율주행시스템의 직접 운전 요구에 지체 없이 대응하여 조향장치, 제동장치 및 그 밖의 장치를 직접 조작하여 운전하여야 한다.
A driver of a vehicle equipped with an autonomous driving system that does not fall under the fully autonomous driving system prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety shall immediately respond to the direct driving request of the autonomous driving system and drive by directly operating the steering device, braking device, and other devices.
운전자가 자율주행시스템을 사용하여 운전하는 경우에는 제49조제1항제10호, 제11호 및 제11호의2를 적용하지 아니한다.
When a driver drives using an autonomous driving system, Articles 49 (1) 10, 11, and 11-2 shall not apply.
