①
자동차(긴급자동차는 제외한다)의 운전자는 고속도로에 들어가려고 하는 경우에는 그 고속도로를 통행하고 있는 다른 자동차의 통행을 방해하여서는 아니 된다.
A driver of a motor vehicle (excluding emergency vehicles) shall not obstruct the passage of other motor vehicles traveling on an expressway when intending to enter that expressway.

긴급자동차 외의 자동차의 운전자는 긴급자동차가 고속도로에 들어가는 경우에는 그 진입을 방해하여서는 아니 된다.
A driver of a motor vehicle other than an emergency vehicle shall not obstruct the entry of an emergency vehicle when it is entering an expressway.
