제7조(교통 혼잡을 완화시키기 위한 조치) 경찰공무원은 보행자, 차마 또는 노면전차의 통행이 밀려서 교통 혼잡이 뚜렷하게 우려될 때에는 혼잡을 덜기 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27>

① When traffic congestion is clearly anticipated due to the congestion of pedestrians, vehicles, or trams, a police official may take necessary measures to alleviate the congestion. <Amended by Act No. 15491, Mar. 27, 2018>
