제70조 도로의 점용허가 등에 관한 통보 등

도로관리청이 도로에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 때에는 고속도로의 경우에는 경찰청장에게 그 내용을 즉시 통보하고, 고속도로 외의 도로의 경우에는 관할 경찰서장에게 그 내용을 즉시 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.8, 2014.1.14>

2. 「도로법」 제76조에 따른 통행의 금지나 제한 또는 같은 법 제77조에 따른 차량의 운행제한
When a road administrator performs any of the following acts on a road, the road administrator shall immediately notify the Commissioner of the National Police Agency of the details if it concerns an expressway, and shall immediately notify the chief of the competent police station of the details if it concerns a road other than an expressway. <Amended by Act No. 10752, Jun. 8, 2011; Act No. 12277, Jan. 14, 2014> 1. 제1항에 따라 통보를 받은 경찰청장이나 관할 경찰서장은 교통의 안전과 원활한 소통을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 도로관리청에 필요한 조치를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 도로관리청은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.8>
If the Commissioner of the National Police Agency or the chief of the competent police station, upon receiving notification under paragraph ①, deems it necessary to ensure traffic safety and smooth flow, they may request necessary measures from the road administrator.
