Article 75 (Person in Charge of Operation of Traffic Safety Education Institution)
제75조 교통안전교육기관의 운영책임자

교통안전교육기관의 장은 교육업무를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 해당 기관의 소속 직원(제76조제1항에 따른 교통안전교육강사는 제외한다) 중에서 교통안전교육기관의 운영책임자를 임명할 수 있다.
The head of a traffic safety education institution, if deemed necessary for the efficient management of educational affairs, may appoint a person in charge of the operation of the traffic safety education institution from among the staff of the institution (excluding traffic safety education instructors under Article 76 (1)).
교통안전교육기관의 장(교통안전교육기관의 장이 제1항에 따라 교통안전교육기관의 운영책임자를 임명한 경우에는 그 운영책임자를 말한다. 이하 같다)은 교통안전교육을 담당하는 강사(이하 "교통안전교육강사"라 한다)를 지도ㆍ감독하고 교통안전교육 업무가 공정하게 이루어지도록 관리하여야 한다.
The head of a traffic safety education institution (referring to the person in charge of operation when the head of the traffic safety education institution has appointed a person in charge of operation of the traffic safety education institution pursuant to paragraph ①. The same shall apply hereinafter) shall guide and supervise the instructors responsible for traffic safety education (hereinafter referred to as "traffic safety education instructors") and manage traffic safety education affairs to ensure they are conducted fairly.
