제77조 교통안전교육의 수강 확인 등

교통안전교육강사는 운전면허를 받으려는 사람이 제73조제1항에 따른 교통안전교육을 마치면 개인별 수강 결과를 교통안전교육기관의 장에게 보고하여야 한다.
A traffic safety instructor shall report the individual results of completing the traffic safety education prescribed in Article 73(1) to the head of the traffic safety education institution when a person applying for a driver's license completes the education.
교통안전교육기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 보고를 받은 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 교육을 받은 사람에게 교육확인증을 발급하고 지체 없이 관할 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 그 사실을 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
Upon receiving the report under paragraph ①, the head of the traffic safety education institution shall issue a certificate of completion to a person who has received education meeting the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree and shall report the fact to the competent Chief of the Provincial Police Agency without delay. <Amended by Act No. 17824, Dec. 22, 2020>
