제78조(교통안전교육기관 운영의 정지 또는 폐지의 신고) 교통안전교육기관의 장은 해당 교통안전교육기관의 운영을 1개월 이상 정지하거나 폐지하려면 정지 또는 폐지하려는 날의 7일 전까지 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22>
Translation
The head of a traffic safety education institution shall, in case of suspending or abolishing the operation of the traffic safety education institution for one month or longer, notify the head of the metropolitan city, provincial police agency, or district police agency of such suspension or abolition at least 7 days prior to the intended date of suspension or abolition, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. <Amended by Act No. 11691, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 12844, Nov. 19, 2014; Act No. 14836, Jul. 26, 2017; Act No. 17844, Dec. 22, 2020>
