Article 84-2 (Measures Against Cheaters)
제84조의2 부정행위자에 대한 조치

경찰청장은 제106조에 따른 전문학원의 강사자격시험 및 제107조에 따른 기능검정원 자격시험에서, 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 한국도로교통공단은 제83조에 따른 운전면허시험에서 부정행위를 한 사람에 대하여는 해당 시험을 각각 무효로 처리한다. <개정 2020.12.22, 2024.1.30>
The Commissioner General of the National Police Agency shall invalidate the examination for persons who have committed cheating on the instructor qualification examination for driving schools pursuant to Article 106 and the skill inspector qualification examination pursuant to Article 107. The Commissioner of a Metropolitan City or Provincial Police Agency or the Korea Road Traffic Authority shall invalidate the examination for persons who have committed cheating on the driving license examination pursuant to Article 83. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 31355, Dec. 22, 2020; Presidential Decree No. 34211, Jan. 30, 2024>
제1항에 따라 시험이 무효로 처리된 사람은 그 처분이 있은 날부터 2년간 해당 시험에 응시하지 못한다.
A person whose examination has been invalidated pursuant to paragraph (1) shall not be allowed to take the relevant examination for 2 years from the date such disposition is made.
