제85조의3 조건부 운전면허증의 발급 등

조건부 운전면허를 받으려는 사람은 제83조에 따른 운전면허시험에 합격하여야 한다.
A person who intends to obtain a conditional driver's license shall pass the driver's license examination prescribed in Article 83.
시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 운전면허시험에 합격한 사람에 대하여 행정안전부령으로 정하는 조건부 운전면허증을 발급하여야 한다.
The Metropolitan Police Agency Chief shall issue a conditional driver's license, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, to a person who has passed the driver's license examination under paragraph ①.
조건부 운전면허증을 잃어버렸거나 헐어 못 쓰게 되었을 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 신청하여 다시 발급받을 수 있다.
When a conditional driver's license is lost or becomes unusable, the holder may apply to the Metropolitan Police Agency Chief for reissuance in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
제2항에 따라 발급한 조건부 운전면허증의 조건 기간이 경과하면 해당 조건은 소멸한 것으로 본다.

조건부 운전면허증 발급 대상자 본인 확인에 대해서는 제87조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "운전면허증"은 "조건부 운전면허증"으로 본다.
