제86조(운전면허증의 재발급) 운전면허증을 잃어버렸거나 헐어 못 쓰게 되었을 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 신청하여 다시 발급받을 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.22>
