Article 89 (Notification of Personal Information Related to Occasional Aptitude Tests)
제89조 수시 적성검사 관련 개인정보의 통보

제88조제1항에 따라 수시 적성검사를 받아야 하는 사람의 후천적 신체장애 등에 관한 개인정보를 가지고 있는 기관 가운데 대통령령으로 정하는 기관의 장은 수시 적성검사와 관련이 있는 개인정보를 경찰청장에게 통보하여야 한다.
The head of an institution, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, among those institutions possessing personal information regarding acquired physical disabilities, etc., of a person who is required to undergo an occasional aptitude test pursuant to Article 88, Paragraph 1, shall notify the Commissioner of the National Police Agency of personal information related to the occasional aptitude test.
제1항에 따라 경찰청장에게 통보하여야 하는 개인정보의 내용 및 통보방법과 그 밖에 개인정보의 통보에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The content of personal information to be notified to the Commissioner of the National Police Agency pursuant to Paragraph 1, the method of notification, and other matters necessary for the notification of personal information shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
