제1조(목적) 이 법은 조세(租稅)의 감면 또는 중과(重課) 등 조세특례와 이의 제한에 관한 사항을 규정하여 과세(課稅)의 공평을 도모하고 조세정책을 효율적으로 수행함으로써 국민경제의 건전한 발전에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
