1. 「주세법」 별표 제3호 및 제4호라목ㆍ마목 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 주류일 것
2. 알코올분이 대통령령으로 정하는 도수 이하인 주류일 것
3. 2028년 12월 31일까지 제조장에서 반출하거나 수입신고한 주류일 것
