제10조(재한외국인 등의 인권옹호) 국가 및 지방자치단체는 재한외국인 또는 그 자녀에 대한 불합리한 차별 방지 및 인권옹호를 위한 교육ㆍ홍보, 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

① The State and local governments shall endeavor to conduct education and public relations, and take other necessary measures to prevent unreasonable discrimination against foreigners residing in Korea or their children and to protect their human rights.
