「난민법」에 따른 난민인정자가 대한민국에서 거주하기를 원하는 경우에는 제12조제1항을 준용하여 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2012.2.10>
Where a person recognized as a refugee under the Refugee Act wishes to reside in the Republic of Korea, support may be provided by applying Article 12(1) mutatis mutandis. <Amended by Act No. 11295, Feb. 10, 2012>
국가는 난민의 인정을 받은 재한외국인이 외국에서 거주할 목적으로 출국하려는 경우에는 출국에 필요한 정보제공 및 상담과 그 밖에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.
Where a foreign national recognized as a refugee intends to depart from the Republic of Korea for the purpose of residing in a foreign country, the State may provide necessary information, counseling, and other necessary support for departure.
