제21조(민간과의 협력) 국가 및 지방자치단체는 외국인정책에 관한 사업 중의 일부를 비영리법인 또는 비영리단체에 위탁할 수 있고, 그 위탁한 사업수행에 드는 비용의 일부를 지원하거나 그 밖에 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

① The State and local governments may entrust part of the projects concerning foreign policy to non-profit corporations or non-profit organizations, and may support part of the costs incurred in carrying out the entrusted projects or provide other necessary support.
