제22조(국제교류의 활성화) 국가 및 지방자치단체는 외국인정책과 관련한 국제기구에 참여하거나 국제회의에 참석하고, 정보교환 및 공동 조사ㆍ연구 등의 국제협력사업을 추진함으로써 국제교류를 활성화하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
