고용노동부장관은 제7조 또는 제7조의2에 따라 근로자에게 대지급금을 지급하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 사업주에게 재산 관계를 구체적으로 밝힌 재산목록의 제출을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.4.13>
The Minister of Employment and Labor, when intending to pay the wage arrears under Article 7 or Article 7-2 to a worker, may order the employer concerned to submit a property list that specifically clarifies their property status, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 18004, Apr. 13, 2021>
제1항에 따른 재산목록 제출명령을 받은 사업주는 특별한 사유가 없으면 7일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 재산 관계를 구체적으로 밝힌 재산목록을 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
An employer who has received an order to submit a property list under paragraph ① shall submit a property list that specifically clarifies their property status to the Minister of Employment and Labor within 7 days, unless there are special reasons. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010>
