제15조(포상금의 지급) 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제7조 또는 제7조의2에 따른 대지급금이 지급된 사실을 지방고용노동관서 또는 수사기관에 신고하거나 고발한 자에게는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.4.13>
Translation
A reward may be paid to a person who reports or accuses a case, to a regional employment and labor office or investigative agency, where a large payment has been made under Article 7 or Article 7-2 through fraud or other dishonest means, according to standards determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10384, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 18036, Apr. 13, 2021>
