제17조(기금의 설치) 고용노동부장관은 제7조 또는 제7조의2에 따른 대지급금의 지급이나 제7조의3에 따른 체불 임금등 및 생계비의 융자 등 임금채권보장사업에 충당하기 위하여 임금채권보장기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2021.4.13, 2024.2.6>
