제20조 기금의 관리ㆍ운용

기금은 고용노동부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The fund shall be managed and operated by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10338, Jun. 4, 2010>
기금의 관리ㆍ운용 등에 관하여는 「산업재해보상보험법」 제97조제2항부터 제4항까지, 제98조부터 제100조까지 및 제102조를 준용한다. 이 경우 같은 법 중 "보험급여"는 "대지급금"으로, "보험료수입"은 "부담금수입"으로 본다. <개정 2021.4.13>
With regard to the management and operation of the fund, etc., Article 97 (2) through (4), Articles 98 through 100, and Article 102 of the 「Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act」 shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, 'insurance benefits' in the same Act shall be deemed 'loaned payments,' and 'insurance premium income' shall be deemed 'contribution income.' <Amended by Act No. 17231, Apr. 13, 2021>
