제25조(신고) 사업주가 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령을 위반하는 사실이 있으면 근로자는 그 사실을 근로감독관에게 신고하여 시정을 위한 조치를 요구할 수 있다.

① If there is an act of violation of this Act or an order pursuant to this Act by an employer, a worker may report such fact to a labor inspector and request measures for correction.
