제27조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁) 이 법에 따른 고용노동부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임하거나 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 근로복지공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2010.6.4, 2024.2.6>

① The authority of the Minister of Employment and Labor under this Act may be delegated in part to the head of a regional employment and labor office, or entrusted to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service under the 「Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act」, the National Health Insurance Service under the 「National Health Insurance Act」, and the Korea Asset Management Corporation under the 「Act on the Establishment of the Korea Asset Management Corporation, etc.」, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 9979, Jan. 27, 2010; Act No. 10363, June 4, 2010; Act No. 17024, Feb. 6, 2024>
