1. 제23조의2제6항을 위반하여 정보를 누설하거나 다른 용도로 사용한 자
2. 제23조의3제3항을 위반하여 미회수자료를 이용ㆍ제공하거나 누설한 자
Any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 years or a fine not exceeding 100 million won. <Amended by Act No. 17861, Feb. 6, 2024> 1. A person who has disclosed or used information for other purposes in violation of Article 23-2, Paragraph 6 2. A person who has used, provided, or disclosed unrecovered data in violation of Article 23-3, Paragraph 3
