제3조(적용 범위) 이 법은 「산업재해보상보험법」 제6조에 따른 사업 또는 사업장(이하 "사업"이라 한다)에 적용한다. 다만, 국가와 지방자치단체가 직접 수행하는 사업은 그러하지 아니하다.
Translation
① This Act shall apply to businesses or workplaces (hereinafter referred to as "businesses") under Article 6 of the 「Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act」. However, this shall not apply to businesses directly conducted by the State and local governments.
