제4조(준용) 임금채권보장관계에는 「고용보험 및 산업재해보상보험의 보험료징수 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "고용산재보험료징수법"이라 한다) 제3조, 제5조제4항ㆍ제5항, 제6조제2항부터 제4항까지 및 제8조를 준용한다. <개정 2021.4.13>

① In relation to the guarantee of wage claims, Articles 3, 5(4) and (5), 6(2) through (4), and 8 of the 「Act on the Collection of Premiums for Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance」 (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment and Industrial Accident Insurance Premium Collection Act") shall apply by analogy. <Amended by Act No. 17261, Apr. 13, 2021>
