제5조(국고의 부담) 국가는 매 회계연도 예산의 범위에서 이 법에 따른 임금채권보장을 위한 사무집행에 드는 비용의 일부를 일반회계에서 부담하여야 한다.

① The State shall, within the scope of the budget for each fiscal year, bear a portion of the expenses incurred in carrying out the affairs for guaranteeing wage claims under this Act from the general account.
