제89조에 따른 결정은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 문서로 하여야 한다.
The decision pursuant to Article 89 shall be made in writing in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree.

심사관은 결정을 하면 심사청구인 및 원처분등을 한 직업안정기관의 장 또는 근로복지공단에 각각 결정서의 정본(正本)을 보내야 한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
When an examiner makes a decision, he/she shall send a certified copy of the decision to the claimant for examination and to the head of the public employment security institution or the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service that made the original disposition, respectively. <Amended on Jan. 15, 2019>
