Article 22 (Mediation Procedure)
제22조 조정절차

조정위원회의 위원장은 신청인으로부터 조정신청을 접수한 때에는 지체 없이 조정절차를 개시하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
The chairperson of the mediation committee shall, upon receipt of a mediation application from the applicant, commence the mediation procedure without delay. <Amended on June 9, 2020>
조정위원회의 위원장은 제1항에 따라 조정신청을 접수하면 피신청인에게 조정신청서를 송달하여야 한다. 이 경우 제21조제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
Upon receipt of the mediation application pursuant to Paragraph ①, the chairperson of the mediation committee shall serve the mediation application to the respondent. In this case, Paragraph ② of Article 21 shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended on June 9, 2020>
조정서류의 송달 등 조정절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the mediation procedure, such as the service of mediation documents, shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
